1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Nashaa World Jobs marketing staff management system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Nashaa World Jobs platform and all related services
  • "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Service (Super Admin, District Manager, or Marketing Staff)
  • "Lead" refers to a potential job candidate submitted through the platform
  • "Commission" refers to the earnings paid for successful lead submissions and placements
  • "Account" refers to your unique account created to access the Service

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created by authorized administrators only. You will receive login credentials to access your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Marketing Staff

Marketing staff are responsible for:

  • Submitting accurate and complete lead information
  • Collecting registration fees as per company policy
  • Maintaining professional conduct with candidates
  • Following all company guidelines and procedures
  • Providing truthful information about job opportunities

4.2 District Managers

District managers are responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising marketing staff in their district
  • Reviewing and approving/rejecting lead submissions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitoring team performance and providing guidance

4.3 Super Admins

Super admins have full access to:

  • Manage all users, districts, and vacancies
  • Final approval of leads
  • Access all reports and analytics
  • Configure system settings and commission structures

5. Lead Submission and Processing

5.1 Lead Requirements

All lead submissions must include:

  • Complete and accurate candidate information
  • Valid contact details
  • Required documentation
  • Payment confirmation (registration fee)

5.2 Approval Process

Leads must be approved by the district manager and super admin before being considered valid. Rejection may occur if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates company policies.

5.3 Lead Ownership

Once a lead is submitted, it becomes the property of Nashaa World Jobs. The submitting staff member retains rights to commissions as per the agreed terms.

6. Commissions and Payments

6.1 Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated based on:

  • Registration fee commission (paid upon lead submission)
  • Placement incentive (paid when candidate is hired)
  • Percentages as defined in the vacancy posting

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Registration commissions are credited immediately upon lead approval
  • Placement incentives are credited when the lead status is marked as "hired"
  • Withdrawals are subject to approval by super admin
  • Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times apply

6.3 Disputes

Any disputes regarding commissions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. Decisions made by super admin are final.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Attempting to manipulate commission calculations
  • Harassing or discriminating against candidates
  • Using the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the system
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Collecting or storing personal data of other users without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nashaa World Jobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nashaa World Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or errors

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nashaa World Jobs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of company policies
  • Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
